MULTI-WALL & CORRUGATED PRODUCTS

Resolite® (formerly CO-EX) offers a number of multi-wall and corrugated sheet products specifically designed with the Horticultural grower in mind. The products are designed to offer maximum light transmission, while providing thermal insulation and outstanding impact properties. All polycarbonate sheets have over 100 times the impact strength of glass, 30 times the impact strength of acrylic and about 10 times the impact strength of fiberglass.

These products can be offered with a “min-dew” additive which eliminates drops of water forming on the surface of the product.

In the multi-wall family of sheet products we offer standard profiles in twin wall, triple wall and five wall structures.

All standard Macrolux® multi-wall and Rooflite® corrugated sheet products come with a 10 year limited warranty against yellowing and damage due to hail.

TWIN WALL comes in a thickness range of 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm. Typically 6 mm, 8 mm and 10mm are stocked but other thicknesses can be supplied upon request. These products can come in a variety of colors such as; clear, opal and bronze.

TRIPLE WALL offers additional thermal insulation over the twin wall and comes in thicknesses of 8 mm, 10 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm. 8 mm is typically stocked but other thicknesses can be supplied upon request. These products are offered in a variety of colors such as; clear, opal and bronze.

FIVE WALL products offer maximum thermal insulation properties and are offered in 16 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm. Thicknesses of 16 mm and 25 mm are typically stocked but other thickness can be supplied upon request. These products can come in a variety of colors such as; clear, opal and bronze.

Rooflite® CORRUGATED polycarbonate profiles are used typically in Horticultural applications as a cost effective product that offers maximum light transmission along with outstanding impact properties over PVC and fiberglass.

The three standard profiles offered are; Arc Wave, Greca and Sine Wave. Clear has a Light Transmission of 90%, Opal 52% and Bronze 37%. All have a U insulation factor of 1.20 and an R value of 0.83
